Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for the weekend - RSVP, meals, camping, what to bring, and how the event is laid out.
Do I need to RSVP if I'm only coming to visit or camp?
No RSVP is needed for camping or visiting. Please RSVP only for the Saturday meal so we can plan catering.
What time is quiet time?
Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM. We want everyone (especially campers) to get a solid sleep.
Are pets allowed?
Yes - please keep pets on leash and under control at all times.
Is there power, showers, and bathrooms at the hall?
Yes — the venue has bathrooms, showers, and power, plus a kitchen, stage, sound system, and beverage service area.
Power is available inside the hall only (for lights, cooking, and sound). There are no external hookups for campers.
Campers are BYOP (Bring Your Own Power). If you don’t have a generator, you can check with neighbors when setting up — there may be opportunities to share.
